It is important for all the members within the supply chain management share all vital information that can help in effective communication process. This can help all other members of supply chain management to respond efficiently according to particular situation. As new product or services are being delivered at quicker rate, it enables the workers to act efficiently according to every situation thereby help in the productivity of the organisation. Integration of the supply chain management is also one of the important aspects to reduce the cost of inventory (Beske et al., 2014). Supply chain management of Wal-Mart is one of the good examples to understand the importance of integration.
